Everything we sell ships from our own warehouse in Spain.
When does my order leave?
In-stock orders are dispatched within two business days of the payment being credited. Delivery normally takes another one to two business days.
Preorders ship as close as possible to the official release date. If your order mixes preorder and in-stock items, the whole order ships together once everything is available — place two separate orders if you want the in-stock items sooner. There is more detail on the preorders page.
Where do you ship?
Spain, Portugal, France, Germany, Italy, Ireland, Poland and Slovakia. All prices shown include tax.
How does it travel?
Standard courier or local post depending on the destination, plus personal pickup where available. You get a tracking number when the parcel is handed to the carrier.
Can I return an order?
Yes. You have 14 days from receiving the order to return it without giving a reason, as EU consumer law provides. Contact us with your order number and we will tell you where to send it.
One exception: sealed products that have been opened cannot be returned. Once the factory seal is broken nobody can verify the contents, which is the whole point of buying sealed.
Preorders can be cancelled at any time before they ship, with a full refund.
What if it arrives damaged?
Photograph the parcel before you open it and send us the photos with your order number. Tell us as soon as you notice and we will put it right.
