A preorder lets you reserve a product before it is released. You place the order now, we set a unit aside for you, and it ships as soon as it arrives from the distributor.
Why preorder?
New sets sell out fast, and the first print run is often the only one at retail price. Preordering guarantees you a copy at the price you paid, whatever happens to the market afterwards.
When am I charged?
Payment is taken in full when you place the order. This is what reserves your unit, so it is not a deposit.
When does it ship?
Preorders ship as close as possible to the official release date. The expected date is shown on each product page. We dispatch on a first come, first served basis, in the order the preorders were placed.
What if I order preorder and in-stock items together?
The whole order ships together once every item is available. If you want the in-stock items sooner, place two separate orders.
Can the release date change?
Yes. Release dates are set by the publisher and can move without notice. If a date changes, we will email you with the new estimate. A delay does not change the price you paid.
Can I cancel?
You can cancel a preorder at any time before it ships and receive a full refund. Just reply to your order confirmation email or contact us.
How do I recognise a preorder?
Preorder products carry an amber Preorder label instead of the usual stock label, and they are all listed together in the Preorders collection.
